Greetings to all Drachenfels Players,
yesterday I had the chance to participate in my first EM Event (since re-moving to the good old Drachenfels Shard and it's welcoming community).
We had been a small group of very nice players ... at the start we met the cook
[sorry - I am bad in remembering names and so far not set up for making pictures] at the Blackthorn Castle ... our job was to find certain places around Sosaria, by just been given vague hints about the whereabouts of those landmarks.It turned out to be a fun ride around places you usually do not visit often, or have not been there at all ... for example we travelled to interesting spots around the Lost Lands, the Moonglow Zoo and visited the "Candelabra Point" at Avatar Island - a naming for the place I have not heard of before.
After receiving the final clue, we headed to the inn of Serpent's Hold - where we met our cook again ... he was by then finished with his work in the kitchen (something which involved pealing potatoes) ... so at the end of a hard and joyful day for all we enjoyed sitting together with some ale and chattering about what happened throughout the day.
